Join Big Blue Door in January 2023 for Improv I, Imporv II, and Improv III classes!
Improv I: Character & Scene, our introductory class, will help you listen better, work with other students, and find your own comic perspective, all while learning how to create life-filled characters and spontaneous, hilarious scenes! Improv I is a stand-alone class so you can enjoy it for it’s own sake, even if you never go on to other improv classes.
Improv II: Cuts & Callbacks builds on your Improv I skills to enrich and expand your scenes while adding group techniques of callbacks, tags, and more! Prerequisite: Improv I with Big Blue Door or equivalent!
Improv III: Beats & Beyond completes our basic training with 3rd beats, group scenes, and the performance of the Harold. Prerequisite: Improv II with Big Blue Door or permission of instructor.
Absolutely no performance, theater, or writing experience necessary! However, students must have proof of vaccination to take courses. Email info@bigbluedoor.org if you have questions! Or sign up below!
