Big Blue Door is the Charlottesville area’s only program in ‘longform improv comedy’, the style of comedy that teaches you how to play fearlessly with other smart people, how to draw inspiration from almost anything, and how to find what’s funny and compelling in real human experiences! Whether you’re interested in becoming more confident and spontaneous, curious about how comedy works, or just looking to have fun and meet people, this is one of the best classes you’ll ever take! Taught by Big Blue Door co-director Joel Jones.
Absolutely no performance or theater experience necessary but students must have proof of vaccination to take this course. Also for covid safety we are keeping enrollment limited to only 8 students per class.
