Improv 4: Team Performance is about working with others to build exiting, meaningful, and hilarious shows, and this spring Big Blue Door will be exploring the original and most popular longform improv form, The Harold! But at BBD we believe that if one hilarious improv team is good, two will be even better! So we’re doubling the fun with the Double Harold!
The Harold uses an opening to develop ideas for multiple storylines, second beats, and group games, all converging on final discoveries and connections. We’ll experiment with different openings and scene techniques to create sets that build from grounded scenes up through twists and turns into explosive endings!
Best of all for Double Harold 12-16 performers will mix and match teams that rehearse simultaneously to challenge, entertain, and inspire one another!
Rehearsals are Sundays, 3/29, 4/5, 4/12, 4/19, 4/26, and 5/3. 4-6:30pm
