Alena Mackay-Smith. Veteran Alena works in higher education by day, saving the world one FAFSA at a time. By night, she’s writing, doing standup, or spinning across the dance floor to a salsa beat. She’s always excited to be on stage with people who also think “yes and” is a valid life philosophy.
Leah Esslinger. Veteran Leah moved to Charlottesville in 2014. Leah can’t believe it’s been over ten years. Leah came to Cville for UVA. Leah stays for the mountains, the super cool people, and the improv scene.

Jim Hughes. Veteran Jim is a mathematician-turned-software engineer. Outside of work, Jim is an avid swing dancer and trail runner – both involving shuffling for long periods of time.

Kim Scott. Newcomer Kim has a very common name, which helps her remain elusive on social media – hiding in the shadow of more famous (and infamous) Kim Scotts. She claims her love of studying the human condition is fueled by curiosity, but honestly, she’s just trying to distract herself from the fact that someday, she’ll die.

Lisa Ryan. Newcomer Lisa is a collage artist, mother, armchair dermatologist, and shadow-loving Radiohead junkie who won’t share her Lampo pudding with you.

Rie Harris. Newcomer Rie loves sculpting and drawing the human figure, writing poems in funny southern voices, talking to strangers, and hanging with her family and her best dog Rosie.
