Improv for Writers 2.0

writer house impBig Blue Door improv veteran/novelist/essayist Deborah Prum and Big Blue Door co-director Joel Jones are teaching a hands-on workshop at Writer House this month (Saturday, Feb 27th) on using improv techniques to explore Point of View in your writing. Whether you’re writing fiction or non-fiction, point of view is the lens through which your reader sees and understands your story. Stories told with a strong, clear point of view hook a reader. Effective use of point of view can bring intimacy and immediacy to your writing. You will create characters who leap off the page, as you play with original scenes and situations.
