Thanks for the feedback, eyeinhand. Our site is hosted by WordPress and there is a package offered by Gmail that includes better email and a calendar, and we tried to install it in December but couldn’t get it to work. If you’re a tech savvy person who would like to help us, we could sure use it!
In any case by hook or by crook we vow to have a better system asap!
Cool! In the meantime, maybe just a simple Schedule page would do the trick. It can be basic text, not much more than the Themes blog post I found:
